My yoga holiday in India was one of the best. The food was simply amazing. I enjoyed healthy, delicious, vegetarian meals and did not crave for anything else except what was served. The asana, pranayam and meditation techniques taught are appropriate for any level of student and also perfect from a relaxing yoga holiday perspective. The asana’s are not strenous but at the same time helps to stretch and strenghten the body, just the right amount you need while on a holiday. And not to forget the beautiful! Many thanks to Dgoodtrip
